Stopped off at multnomath falls which are quite famous in the area - you can see why, so beautiful! Drove a little way into Portland to get the train in from the outer suburbs - bit sad leaving Boris on his own all day! First stop was Voodoo doughnut - a famous doughnut place that we had to line up for about half an hour for! We both had a chocolate Oreo and peanut butter one which was good but there was way too much sweet stuff on top. Was quite nice and quiet in the city as it was a Sunday, but lots of cool markets down by the river to peruse. Lots of weird people about! Loads of people dressed in the die and hippy stuff. Seriously the perfect place for hipsters though - with the food carts and shops and stuff. Bought a few different things and then found a good warm coat ($65 down from $160!) for South America, no idea how it will fit in my bag though! Went in a few more lovely food shops and some other cool shops and found so much random cool stuff! (And loads off stuff that Gina would love!) had late lunch at a food stall and then headed back - absolutely exhausted! A very hot day again. Drove via a more minor road to see some more waterfalls on the way back - road got rather tight in a few parts, had to pull the side mirrors at one point to get past a car! Went for a little stroll and had a small dinner before bed.
